Another leader in the social listening category, TalkWalker is a popular option for big agencies. It's not as user friends and intuitive as some of the other platforms but they have pretty responsive customer service team.
Sprinklr is one of the most in-depth tools but also one of the most complicated. It's more useful for large enterprise companies who want to manage a lot of accounts at once. And it's more useful for scheduling than social listening.
This one is very similar to sprout social but isn't quite as visually appealing when it comes to the reporting. However, Hootsuite is good because it can be integrated with Brandwatch for social listening.
Upfluence is the all-in-one affiliate and influencer marketing platform infused with AI made to help people identify influencers within a brand's network of customers, subscribers and followers.
